In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 177abc website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated services available at 177abc.bet.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money or bonus funds.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any act of fraud, collusion, software exploitation, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, money laundering, or any other conduct that violates these Terms.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to the territory of Bangladesh.

To open an Account with 177abc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 177abc applies a strict 21+ policy across all products including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account permanently suspended and any winnings will be voided.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate, trust, or group registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an existing Account with 177abc. The platform enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 177abc, nor a close family member of any such person.

177abc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 177abc strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable OTP (one-time password) two-step verification where available within your Account settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 177abc support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

177abc shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to observe reasonable security precautions. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you formally notify us of any security breach.

177abc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may vary by payment method and are displayed within the Account cashier at the time of the transaction.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 177abc:

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
• 177abc targets withdrawal processing within 10 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during standard Bangladesh Standard Time business hours, subject to verification requirements.
• During peak periods or where additional verification is required, withdrawal processing may take longer. 177abc will communicate any delays to the affected Player.
• Deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Amounts displayed in other currencies are indicative only.
• 177abc does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 177abc bears no responsibility.
• 177abc reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it considers unusual, including but not limited to transactions significantly above a Player's typical deposit pattern.

177abc offers various promotional incentives to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus wagering must be completed within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements of an existing one may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• 177abc reserves the right to determine which games contribute to bonus wagering requirements. Contributions vary by game type and are stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, reverse withdrawal to extend bonus play, or exploitation of a technical error — will be treated as Prohibited Activity and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of related funds.
• 177abc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the 177abc platform, covering sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other products:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. 177abc does not accept cancellation requests for wagers already placed except where an obvious technical error occurred on the part of the platform.
• In the event of a sports event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, 177abc's settlement rules as stated in the relevant sports betting rules section will apply. Generally, bets on postponed events will be voided and stakes returned unless a result has been determined within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and game. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting market at the time of placing a wager. Bets placed above the applicable limit may be reduced or voided at 177abc's discretion.
• 177abc reserves the right to void, withhold payment on, or reverse any wager placed on an event or market that was subject to a pricing error, feed error, or system fault.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 177abc's discretion. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless the underlying event is voided.
• All casino games on 177abc use independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is provided by the game studio and may be found within the individual game's information panel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 177abc. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether under the same identity or using different personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or live game show formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Money Laundering: Using the 177abc platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds derived from criminal activity. 177abc complies with international anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity accordingly.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider for deposits made to 177abc in bad faith.

177abc is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible from within the Account dashboard after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform without prior written consent from 177abc.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any software component of the platform.
• Use the 177abc name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context, advertising, or third-party website without explicit written authorisation.

All intellectual property rights in third-party game content (including titles by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain with the respective studios and are licensed to 177abc for display on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 177abc and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the platform at any time.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered therein.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your own wagering decisions.
• Any technical fault, data transmission error, or delay outside 177abc's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security precautions.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 177abc's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

177abc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Detection of Prohibited Activity, including fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request relating to the Account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts may also be subject to an inactivity fee as stated in the cashier terms).

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method after any applicable checks are completed. Bonus funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure.

177abc collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

177abc uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions to and from the platform. 177abc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 177abc platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact [email protected] to initiate Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 177abc, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Our team will endeavour to address all complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts. 177abc does not submit to the jurisdiction of any particular national court system for regulatory purposes and makes no warranty as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction outside of those where we actively market the platform.
